Shipping & Returns Information

All original art is packaged or crated, depending on size. Custom-ordered boxes/crates are used, along with lots of cushioning to ensure the art arrives safely.

COMMUNICATION

For all orders, an email goes to you:

1) immediately after your order

2) as soon as the shipping label is printed

Using that second email, you are able to track your shipment.

TIMING

My team and I usually ship your items within 24 hours after your order, but please allow 3-5 business days. Our business is located in the state of Arizona, USA.

SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

YES, but to do so, please email me FIRST so together we can determine what the shipping will be.

USA SHIPPING SERVICE

All our prices are in US dollars.

We ship USPS Retail Ground, due to the size and weight of original artworks. USPS says that in most cases the item will arrive in under 7 days in the continental US.

Returns

WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY!

Returns/refunds are accepted on new/unused products within 14 days from the shipment date, as long as you have contacted us ahead of time so we are aware of your refund needs.  

PLEASE NOTE: Buyer pays shipping of items back to our studio unless there was a mistake made on our part.

Refunds will only be accepted on original art if it arrives back to us undamaged and in new condition.
